Protest rallies and posters against Gay and Atheist Bloggers.

The Islamist group “Hifazat-e-Islam” organized a protest rally against gay activists and atheist bloggers in the capital Dhaka yesterday. Later, these various bloggers, activists organized programs against them, writing on the walls in the streets, postering, etc.

It is to be noted that recently, a case was filed against a magazine called Atheist Note Magazine under the Digital Security Act-2018 at the Cyber Tribunal in Dhaka. (16/02/2020, case No: 60/2020) When the whole matter came to light after this case, there was a strong reaction from various pro-Islam groups. All the Islamic parties through this magazine demanded the execution of the Prophet, the Messenger, calling it an extreme audacity to insult Allah.

Hefazat-e-Islami staged a protest rally in Dhaka yesterday and all gay and atheist bloggers were hanged. Allama Junaid Babungari, the head of the protest procession, said. “These atheists and gay bloggers will be killed wherever they are found. They will not be spared for a second. ”

Hefazat activist Hridoy Kazi, the plaintiff in the case against the bloggers, told our reporter, “These bloggers have written very ugly articles against Allah and His Messenger. So I have filed a case against them. There is no forgiveness for these enemies of Islam ”

Prominent atheist and gay bloggers including KM Mahfuzur Rahman, Saiful Islam, Mohammad Jillur Rahman, Sujan Chandra Dev, Syed Isteak Hossain Shawon, Abu Hanif, Zobair Hossain, Adnan Shakib, Sraboni Sikder, MD Aminul Huq, MD Umaid Hossain were demanded to be hanged in the procession, and posters and graffiti were drawn against them.
